Andy has been with Set & Match from Day 1, having earned his chops at the most prestigious printers in the Midlands. He’s a wizard at typesetting, with badges in the Dark Arts of Kerning and Tab Mastery sown onto his robes. He waves his wand and magic is conjoured over the printed page!

Nowadays he is our ace networker with a reputation for best-in-class customer service.

When not in our studio, the only place he would rather be is on the golf course or in his seat at his beloved Old Trafford.

A career at Set & Match starting in digital pre-press has expanded to incorporate design, printing and lately crunching the code behind websites.

With his attention to detail he spends (too much?) time perfecting pages, both printed and on the web. “A poor user experience makes me growl and gnash my teeth” he says. He must get plenty of practice at that by supporting Aston Villa.

Listening to music, mountain biking and trail running are said to calm him back down, so you are safe to approach him should you meet him on out in the woods.

Jon left the sunny pastures of Rotherham behind to burn bright and shine his light on us here in Birmingham. We just don’t know how lucky we are…

An extremely talented illustrator, Jon is our design visionary who also has the skills to ensure our printed work is as good as it can be.

When not driving the Production team to new heights, he can be found coaching on the football field and gazing wistfully in the direction of the pole star.

Having started with Set & Match as a Mac Operator and Trainee Large Format Specialist, Rob has been here longer than most of the furniture. With a keen eye for detail and a love of the creative arts, Rob is our go to graphic designer and print solutions specialist.

When he’s away from the studio Rob loves nothing more than going to gigs and listening to music, oh and spending time with his family in the great outdoors of course.
